What is aadi?

Aadi is a cross-border e-commerce market place promoting brands and manufacturers of Bangladesh to global market.

Does aadi sell its own products?

No we do not own or produce any of the products available on the marketplace. Our goal is to provide support and platform to  showcase and flourish Bangladesh's true potential.

Who can place an order at aadi?

Anyone can with an accepted payment option can place an order at aadi and have it delivered anywhere across the globe.

What currencies do you support?

We support payments in BDT only if you are trying to purchase from Bangladesh, to ensure that we comply with the central bank regulations.
From the rest of the world we support payments in USD from any VISA or MasterCard debit or credit card. All our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant which ensures that your transaction data is safe and secure

Can I pay with PayPal?

We except any debit or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) issued by any international bank your card must be '3D Secured', which can be manually enabled through a phone call by your issued bank. To learn more click here

Will my payments be secure?

We have partnered up with the industry leaders for processing payments to ensure that you have a smooth and safe experience with us.
All our payment processors are PCI DSS compliant which ensures that your transaction data is safe and secure

How long it will take to get my delivery?

For local orders we usually take 3-4 days to deliver the product. For international orders we deliver as per DHL express shipping policies which takes about 8 to 10 days to deliver your order in your designated address. In case there is an exception or issue with your order we will immediately communicate with you regarding the delay. 
**All logistic services have been highly impacted for the recent pandemic which may increase your delivery time. 

Do I need to pay duties and taxes?

VAT/ TAXES:

No additional VAT and Taxes are included other than Bangladesh government E-commerce guidelines within the final payment you make at aadi.com.bd. Any additional VAT and TAX other than that should be bare by the customer at there owning risk as per their country requires.

DUTIES:

In case of deliveries outside Bangladesh, duties might be imposed on your order depending on the associated policies/ laws of the destination country. 
We will not take liability or responsibility for any duties imposed on an order which must be paid/cleared by the declared recipient of the order

We deliver to over 200 countries and territories in worldwide with DHL Express.
For local deliveries we use services from all the leading logistics solution providers and base our choice on whoever has the best service on the area of delivery. Our system is always learning and changing to ensure that we provide the best service to you possible
