“Aadi Content” means all Contents that Aadi makes available through the Website, Application, or Services, including any Content licensed from a third party, but excluding user content.
“Collective Content” means user content and Aadi Content.
“Content” means apparel goods, fashion items, handy crafts and other goods that are sold in Aarong’s e-commerce site.
“Customer” means a user who requests products via this Website, Application or Services, or a user who contacts in Aadi through Aadi platform to place an order for Aarong’s products. Simply the Customer has to copy the link from Aarong’s website and paste in the search box in aadi’s platform. After confirmation of an order for Aarong products on aadi’s platform, we will be placing an order at Aarong’s e-commerce platform in accordance to your order. Once we receive the delivery of your ordered product from Aarong at our fulfillment center, we will run it through our regular QC process and dispatch it to the respective destination through our overseas logistics partner. Entering into contracts, carrying out the burden of ordering products, making payments are done by the customer on his own will and discretion and thereby a customer indemnifies aadi from any liability and excuses Aadi for any mistakes, violations of trusts, and counterfeit actions happened between the time of placing a “Request” and the end of the “link” made via the Website, Application, and Service.
“Transaction fee” is a charge imposed by our payment gateway service for each transaction that goes through, which is 2.5% of total transaction amount.
“Aadi Service fee” is the fee aadi will charge for processing every product ordered from Aarong. Currently the rate is fixed at $25 up to $175 worth of products after which aadi will charge a 15% of total product price as its service charge. This includes the local delivery charge from Aarong, VAT imposed by law on aadi and 2.5% transaction fee to our payment gateway imposed on every transaction.
“User” means a person who completes Aadi’s account registration (sign-up or login) process or checks out as a Guest.
“User Content” means all Content that a User posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Website, Application or Services.
“Taxes/VAT” aadi charges you VAT of 7.5% in accordance to the charge at Aarong’s e-commerce website. The “User” shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from the Site and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes as per the prevailing law.
In case of any conflict between these terms and conditions posted for a specific area of the Website, Application, Services, or Collective Content, the latter terms and conditions will take precedence with respect to your use of or access to that area of the Website, Application, Services, or Collective Content.
It is agreed by the user that, by accessing or using the website, application or services or by downloading or posting any content from or on the website, via the application or through the services, the user indicates that he/she has read, understood and thereby agrees to be bound by these terms, whether or not the person has registered with the website and application. if such terms and conditions are not agreed upon then the person does not have any right to access or use the website and/or application and/or services and/or any collective content.
By continuing to add the product in cart, a customer agrees to these terms and condition the User for himself/herself or being representative of any company or other legal entity represents and warrants that the User has the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms and conditions. |
